The publications that are presented in CMS2025 are published in ProcediaCIRP by Elsevier. For the editorial process, the Elsevier Editorial Manager is used.

Before submitting a manuscript, please note that:

• Only papers that are presented in person during the conference will be included in ProcediaCIRP.

• For every separate publication, at least one registration is required.

In order to provide the manuscript in the correct format, please use the template provided here:

Then, use the Elsevier Editorial Manager to submit your abstract/manuscript.

• Go to: https://www.editorialmanager.com/procir/Default.aspx​

• Start a new submission ('Submit a manuscript') 

• Under 'Select article type', choose 'VSI: PROCIRP_CMS 2025'
  Be careful: this ensures that you submit for the correct conference!

• Fill out the meta-data required and upload your abstract/manuscript

• Please note: for the final submission, both the .pdf and the .doc/.docx or .tex version of your manuscript needs to be uploaded. The PDF will be used for publishing, the Word/LaTeX document is used for extracting xml data.
